If you’ve never been to the opening of an Apple Store before, then this short video I took with my Palm Treo 680 will show you how much fun they can be! It’s not the best video, since it was taken with a phone, but it makes up for the low quality with high spirits.

After being out of town for most of the other Apple Store openings, I finally made it to one! The new store at the Park Meadows Mall in Lone Tree, CO opened today, making it the second Apple Store within 6.3 miles of my house. Sweeeeeet!

First Impressions: Palm Treo 680

Yep, you heard that right. A Palm Treo 680. You know, after all of those nasty comments I’ve been making about Palm’s lack of focus in the mobile computing space, how they’re going to get sucked into some other company, etc… Well, I am working on a software project that required that I get a Palm OS (or shall we say Access Powered) device, so I thought I’d pick up an unlocked Treo 680 (see below). Here are my thoughts about this device.
